Christmas Adopt-A-Reindeer 2023

You will get to:

• Choose a gorgeous plush reindeer to adopt (nine quality, ethically-sourced toys to choose from this year. Click here to see options)
• Name your reindeer and register it with an official Lyell Deer Sanctuary adoption certificate
• Dress your reindeer with a cute bandana and sleigh bell
• Visit the vet clinic with your reindeer for a checkup, learn about their health and wellbeing, and collect their special treatments
• Have a mini photoshoot with your family and new deer friend (photos will be uploaded to an online gallery for you to access)
• Make some special reindeer treats to take home and leave out on Christmas Eve (or just feed them to our deer!)
• Decorate gingerbread reindeer to eat yourself!
• And of course, feed and cuddle our real-life rescue deer!

We have craft, sensory play activities, toys and books to enjoy.

Cold drinks and festive food for sale, or bring your own.

Cost: $45 per child. This includes admission to the Sanctuary for adults and children accompanying the participating child.

Participating siblings are $40 each.

This event is recommended for children aged 3 and up.
